Qualifications

• Collegiate coaching and/or recruiting experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain successful student-athletes.
• Commitment to NCAA Division III philosophy and student-athlete development.
• Head coaching and/or collegiate men's volleyball coaching experience preferred.
• Experience using recruiting software, CRM systems, and volleyball video analysis platforms preferred.
• Experience building relationships with high school and club volleyball programs, alumni, and community partners preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
• Ability to relate effectively to a diverse population of students, colleagues, alumni, families, and community members.
• Understanding of Edgewood University Mission and Values.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet institutional driving requirements.
• Competency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and student-athlete development.
• Lead recruiting strategy to identify and enroll qualified student-athletes.
• Manage program operations including budget, scheduling, travel, equipment, and game-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, NACC, and institutional rules.
• Develop community engagement and alumni relations initiatives.
• Attend department meetings and support athletics department initiatives.
