Hood College is seeking a Head Men’s Volleyball Coach to recruit and retain qualified student‑athletes, instruct and develop players academically and athletically, and prepare the team for matches. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven successful coaching, with 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes for the men’s volleyball program and develop their skills and academics.
• Instruct and develop student-athletes in volleyball and related strategies.
• Coordinate practices, game preparation, and travel planning.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference bylaws, and Hood College policies.
• Assist in fundraising and community involvement for the program.
• Represent the department and college during travel and competitions.
