Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a strategic vision for the Men’s tennis program.
• Plans and leads all practice sessions and competitions; teach technical and tactical aspects.
• Oversees seasonal planning, including schedules, facilities, and travel.
• Mentors student-athletes in academic, athletic, and personal development.
• Ensures compliance with NCAA, conference, and University rules and policies.
• Manages the program budget and fundraising efforts.
