Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and instruction in personal and athletic development; recruit student athletes.
• Plan and conduct regular practice sessions within NCAA rules.
• Arrange team travel, lodging, and transportation within budget; develop travel itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and university policies; enforce team rules and standards.
• Assist with fundraising and increasing sport interest and attendance.
