You’ll partner with leadership to execute creative direction, translate vision into compelling designs, and drive collaboration across Merchandising, Production, Technical Design, and Sourcing.

The role emphasizes sustainability, innovative washes, and close coaching of junior designers to grow talent within the team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to execute the creative direction for Men’s Denim.
• Research trends, market insights, and competitive landscape for new opportunities.
• Design and develop seasonal denim concepts from sketches to final product.
• Define washes, fabrics, and construction details to elevate the assortment.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Technical Design, and Sourcing from concept to customer.
• Create and communicate design intent through tech packs and regular cross-functional updates.
• Champion sustainability and innovative fabrications and wash techniques.
• Mentor and coach junior designers to grow talent within the team.
