FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. seeks a senior MEMS program lead to manage development and manufacture of MEMS devices in a demanding environment, coordinating R&D, sustaining and process development teams.

The role requires a strong track record in MEMS processing, clean-room work, and managing complex projects from concept to pilot production. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field.
• 12 years experience with a Master’s; or PhD with 8 years experience.
• Proven track record in managing production of MEMS device from concept to pilot production.
• Strong knowledge of silicon MEMS processing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of standard office software (Word/Excel).
• Ability to work in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, sustaining and process development engineers.
• Propose, evaluate, and implement technical solutions to fab and design problems.
• Monitor project from initiation through pilot production and budgeting.
• Manage continuous improvement of devices.
• Develop new designs and processes for manufacturing of MEMS printer heads.
• Assist in characterization and failure analysis of new products.
• Advise manufacturing on process issues and solutions.
• Develop and evaluate new technologies and applications with R&D team.
