Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics with at least 2 years of MEMS wafer fab experience.
• Experience in semiconductor and MEMS manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve wafer fab processes across MEMS disciplines (Photolithography, Wet Etch, Thin Films, Sputtering, PECVD, Laser Dice, Ash, Wet Strip, Bond, CMP, Dry Film, AOI, Automation, FDC).
• Use wafer metrology tools to analyze problems, failures and other technical issues.
• Apply strong problem-solving and project management skills to solve technical product problems.
• Communicate effectively to resolve problems and drive work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize problem solving strategies and present them clearly to all concerned parties.
• Use SPC, DoE, and yield data to address identified issues.
