Job summary

Qualifications

• Active AR RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1+ year supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Assisted Living Administrator certification within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care and all nursing staff.
• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate nursing services.
• Coordinate admissions, care planning, and discharges.
• Hire, schedule, evaluate, and discipline staff; provide in-service training.
