Job Qualifications:

• Strong sales background & experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven leadership experience
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required
• Excel in a busy environment
• Functional computer skills required
• MS Office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, basic computer program software use
• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred

Shift and Schedule:

• Full Time Position
• Monday thru Friday
• Evenings as needed
• Saturdays as needed

Full Time Compensation Structure:

• $18 - $20 hour Range plus:
  • Performance Based Commission
  • Client Referral & Renewal Bonuses
  • Studio Performance Bonuses

Full Time Benefits:

Job Summary:

As the LMSA you are the face of Stretch Zone and the leader within the studio! This role requires you to assist all members and guests as needed and establish a relationship to support member growth and retention. The LMSA is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio. First and foremost, the LMSA’s primary responsibility is to drive membership sales within the studio. Additionally, the LMSA orchestrates delivery of superior customer service, customer satisfaction and performance relative to your studio’s revenue goals.

• Drive membership sales to each guest that comes into Stretch Zone
• Provide excellent customer service, by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing member concerns
• Drive member retention by following the daily operation guides, great customer service and consistent follow ups
• Promote the value behind practitioner assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members
