At Stretch Zone, we prioritize your health and well-being. As a Lead Sales Associate, your main role is to manage the studio operations and assist clients in achieving their goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch.

Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales and uphold high standards for all Sales Associates.
  • Engage with guests to promote membership sign-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and addressing member concerns.
  • Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable for daily operations and sales targets.
  • Enhance member retention through quality service, following operational guides, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Lead by example, supporting your team and exceeding expectations.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess studio performance and assist the General Manager with sales metrics.
  • Promote the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and improving sales skills.
