Pay Range: $30 - $33/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Model N Revenue Manager to maintain the membership life cycle of large organized customers (LOC).
• This includes contract membership activities such as eligibility, movement, additions, and deletions.
• Work independently with Revenue Manager platform to create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility for both direct and indirect customers.
• Process Master Data requests within SAP iShift according to business rules for vaccines accounts.
• Resolve membership affiliation and inquiries from account management teams.
• Monitor Revenue Manager platform and boundary systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage daily business tasks and processes with internal/external stakeholders.
• Access and process data within reporting tools like Revenue Manager, MicroStrategy, and boundary systems.
• Communicate and resolve membership discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Create and maintain a collaborative environment with external customers and internal partners.
• Ensure data compliance activities within membership and oversee related processes and decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership files according to audit and compliance standards.
• Support contracting and membership processes in collaboration with the Account Management team.
• Proactively work with internal teams and external customers to harmonize processes and resolve issues.
• Comply with SOX and government pricing policies.
• Follow SOP documentation, compliance, and audit guidelines.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience: 1-3 years
• Preferred experience with Model N and SAP iShift
• Experience in contracting, membership, or pricing is a plus
• Adaptable with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
