Job summary

You will lead a qualified team, drive performance through metrics, collaborate with health plans and internal teams, and ensure HIPAA compliance while implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in member or provider services in healthcare or social services, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Medi-Cal eligibility and benefits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• HIPAA compliance and handling PHI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Contact Center.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high customer service and efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate staff against productivity and quality standards.
• Oversee investigation and resolution of complex member/provider cases.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and client reporting.
