Independent Living Systems, llc is seeking a Manager, Member & Provider Services to oversee the daily operations of the contact center serving members and providers within the healthcare and social assistance sector.

The Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team, collaborate with health plan clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency. Experience with Medi-Cal and CRM/EHR systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of member or provider services in healthcare or social assistance, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience with Medi-Cal eligibility and benefits.
• Experience using operational metrics, reports, and quality audits to drive performance improvements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle PHI in accordance with HIPAA.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support operational requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of the Contact Center to ensure timely resolution and First Call Resolution.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high customer service and efficiency.
• Coach and evaluate team, monitor productivity, quality, and timeliness.
• Oversee investigation and resolution of complex member/provider cases with compliance.
• Monitor service levels and performance metrics to ensure quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
