Job summary

Trustwell Living at Kingswood Place is seeking a Lead Medication Aide/Resident Care Coordinator to coordinate daily resident care, mentor the care team, and partner with the Health Services Director to ensure safe, compassionate service for every resident.

You’ll lead scheduling, assist with ADLs and medication support, promote dignity and independence, and uphold high standards of care while coordinating with physicians and pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Arizona Assisted Living Caregiving Certification with Nurse Delegation is required by state.
• Eligibility to obtain state certifications is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily resident care and support care plans.
• Assist with ADLs and medication assistance.
• Support care team scheduling and training.
• Provide leadership to the care team and participate in Manager on Duty duties.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies and health professionals.
• Maintain quality care and report concerns as needed.
