This role includes coaching Medication Aides, ensuring accuracy and timely administration, and coordinating with Wellness leadership to address concerns and maintain continuity of care. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Preferred direct care experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments following state regulations and facility policies.
• Oversees daily medication workflows, ensures accuracy and timely administration, and conducts routine quality checks.
• Coaches and supports Medication Aides; serves as shift resource for medication questions and coordinates with Wellness leadership.
