Job summary

Lakepoint Villa Assisted Living in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Lead Medication Aide to join our team and support residents with compassionate, safe care. You will oversee daily medication workflows, document in MARs, and act as a resource for other aides.

You will coach Medication Aides, coordinate with Wellness leadership, and help ensure accurate, timely medication administration while promoting resident dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have direct care experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per state rules.
• Observe effects, document in medication administration records and communicate concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and support independence and dignity.
• Coach Medication Aides, assist with training, and ensure accuracy of medication workflows.
