Qualifications

• Must have completed medication assistance training and up-to-date certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents per state regulations.
• Oversees daily medication workflows; ensures accuracy and timely administration.
• Provides coaching and training to Medication Aides and conducts routine quality checks.
• Collaborates with Wellness leadership to maintain continuity of care.
