Job summary

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and help maintain residents' dignity and independence while following physician orders and professional standards. This role includes on-site training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Wisconsin as a Medication Aide.
• Experience with medication administration per physician orders.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Ability to supervise CNAs as directed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor vital signs and weight.
• Record intake/output and maintain care documentation.
