GetHired, Inc. in Washington is looking for a compassionate Med Aide to join our care team.

You will administer medications, provide personal care, and assist residents with Activities of Daily Living according to individualized care plans, while communicating with families and medical professionals. In this role you will supervise caregivers on shift to ensure all service plan tasks are completed, maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA, and document changes in residents’ conditions promptly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for effective communication with residents, families and visitors.
• Excellent organization, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and make safe decisions.
• Pleasant, professional demeanor and accountability in care delivery.
• Must possess and maintain proper local/state licensing credentials and required certifications.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications accurately per physician orders and MAR.
• Record completed daily tasks and report observed changes in resident conditions.
• Lead and supervise caregivers on duty to ensure service plan tasks are met.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines including HIPAA and OSHA.
