Job summary

Maple Meadows Assisted Living in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking a Lead Medication Aide (2nd Shift, Full-Time) to join our care team. You will administer prescribed medications, observe effects, document in MARs, and coordinate with Wellness leadership to maintain continuity of care.

You will coach and support Medication Aides, perform routine quality checks, and help with training while promoting resident independence and dignity through compassionate, professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training in compliance with state requirements.
• Maintains up-to-date medication certification requirements according to state regulations.
• CPR certification preferred and meets age requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Observes resident response and documents in medication records.
• Communicates concerns with Wellness leadership.
• Supports residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity.
• Oversees daily medication workflows and ensures accuracy and timeliness.
