OhioHealth is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to lead technical operations in the Core Lab. The role focuses on accurate analyses, QA, regulatory compliance, and instrument upgrades to support patient care.
The ideal candidate holds an MLS ASCP credential, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least two years of clinical lab experience, with a proven ability to train staff and maintain meticulous records. Day shift, on-site, core lab duties.

This role oversees technical operations to ensure accurate patient test results, manages quality assurance and regulatory compliance, trains staff, and implements new instruments and methods.
