Job summary

Qualifications

• MT/MLS with 3 years’ experience or MLT with 5 years clinical laboratory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Westgard rules and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Chemistry department with a co-lead.
• Verify and report test requests and results with high accuracy.
• Administrative duties include personnel evaluations, procedure writing/implementation, scheduling, training and record keeping.
• Interact with laboratory and hospital leadership to ensure quality and compliance.
