Position Summary:

Ensures technical competence and proficiency in testing processes, procedures, equipment, and personnel within the clinical specialty.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's in MLT or Bachelor's in MT preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Science
• AMLT Certification or equivalent required within 1 year of hire
• ASCP or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years in clinical specialty
• 1 year previous lead tech or management experience preferred
• 10+ years in clinical specialty
