Summary:
The Lead Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician role is responsible for problem resolution, staffing workflow, and equipment maintenance. Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and assisting in developing procedures, testing platforms, and quality control programs as well as serving as a technical resource for all internal and external customers. Assumes charge responsibility for the laboratory in the absence of a supervisor and performs essential duties of an MT/MLT.
