You will guide nursing care, document outcomes, and coordinate with physicians to plan effective patient discharges while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license for WA upon hire.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients.
• Advocate for fellow nurses and support professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to safety, risk management and regulatory standards.
• Document care delivered and patient status using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning in collaboration with the team.
