Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in the Puget Sound region is seeking a Charge RN to lead a team of frontline nurses in a high-acuity setting in Gig Harbor, WA. You will advocate for nurses, ensure optimal patient outcomes, and drive performance and accountability within the unit.

The role emphasizes effective 1:1 and group communication, handling difficult conversations, and maintaining regulatory compliance in a fast-paced hospital environment. Previous Charge Nurse experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Must graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Must be a Registered Nurse with WA license.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
