Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish or other relevant language).

Prior experience in an emergency care or urgent care facility environment.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations Support

Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring optimal staffing coverage and smooth patient check-in/check-out processes.

Train, onboard, and mentor new front desk specialists on facility protocols, customer service standards, and software tools.

Assist management with scheduling shift coverage, monitoring workflow efficiency, and recommending process improvements.

Patient Care & Administrative Execution

Warmly greet and assist patients, family members, and visitors upon arrival in a professional and empathetic manner.

Manage telephone communications, routing calls appropriately, answering inquiries, and taking precise messages.

Verify patient demographic and insurance information, collect co-pays/payments, and accurately update billing and clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Coordinate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative team members to facilitate timely patient triage and seamless care delivery. Maintain clean, organized, and stocked front desk and waiting areas.
