Job summary

Responsibilities include staff training, developing materials and exams, supervising personnel, and contributing to procedural documentation under the direction of Lab management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or medical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• OR Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology AND Bachelor's degree in a chemical or biological science.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within the Central Processing Area, overseeing the send-out area and Lab Customer Service functions.
• Assist with workflows, billing-related processes, and coordination of services for timely patient care.
• Participate in staff orientation, training, and development of learning materials and competency assessments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in clinical or medical laboratory science / medical technology

Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology + Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biology
