Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Manager, Medical Information to serve as a subject matter expert for assigned product lines in Hospital Products. You will lead MI inquiries, provide clinical information, and develop communication materials in alignment with FDA guidelines.

The role requires an active Pharmacist license and at least 5 years of clinical experience. You will collaborate with regulatory, QA, and commercial teams to support launches, review advertising material for medical accuracy,

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist required.
• Home infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience.
• Excellent medical writing and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of FDA regulations for medical communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage MI inquiries including escalations per FDA guidelines.
• Provide accurate clinical information to external healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Create and maintain standard response documents in MI Content Management system.
• Assess VOC and trends, communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support product launches with medical information planning and execution.
• Improve processes within Medical Information to enhance service levels.
• Stay current with published medical literature related to product lines.
