Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager of Global Medical Information in Woburn, MA to lead scientific and operational Medical Information activities across the global portfolio. The role ensures accurate, balanced, compliant, and timely information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Medical Information, including experience reviewing complex scientific content and overseeing Medical Information activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical product knowledge in response to medical inquiries from external and internal customers.
• Respond with urgency and ensure accurate, timely written responses to unsolicited medical information inquiries from HCPs, payers, and managed care orgs.
• Oversee Medical Information Call Center vendor performance and provide ongoing training and coaching.
• Train and oversee Medical Information Managers to ensure accurate and compliant content.
• Oversee lifecycle management of Medical Information resources and standard response letters.
• Act as escalation resource for complex inquiries and guidance on response strategies.
• Collaborate with PMRC and SRC to ensure scientifically balanced information.
