Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life science/healthcare (Pharm.D., PhD, MD) required.
• Fluent in English.
• 3+ years of Medical Information experience in pharma or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and approval of MI content (CRDs, SRDs, FAQs) for unsolicited inquiries.
• Create and approve training materials and internal medical content with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor literature, labeling updates, guidelines, congress data to keep MI content current.
• Lead medical reviews for promotional and non-promotional materials across committees.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Information and US Medical Affairs on strategy and content planning.
• Oversee MI call center activities and process improvements.
• Analyze MI inquiries to identify data gaps and inform content strategy.
