Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced radiology leader to oversee protocol adherence, patient safety, and staff development within the Radiology department in Denver. You will mentor junior personnel, ensure accurate data entry into RIS and PACS, and coordinate daily operations to optimize patient care.

The role requires coordinating safety measures, guiding staff through procedures, and fostering a compassionate, privacy-conscious imaging environment for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Associates degree in Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, radiologic science, Healthcare Administration, or a directly related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of radiologic technology experience, or experience in a directly related field OR minimum five (5) years of radiologic technology experience.
• Radiologic Technologist Certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning and cross-functional collaboration within the department to support business outcomes.
• Ensures patient safety and privacy by adhering to ALARA principles and health regulations; mentors staff on safety protocols.
• Oversees safe operation of radiologic equipment and accurate RIS/PACS data entry; coordinates workflow and staffing.
