Qualifications

• Board certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology is required.
• Must be able to licensure in Delaware and Maryland and meet credentialing requirements.
• Experience leading high-performing clinicians and working with administrative leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to physicians and clinical staff for Bone Marrow Transplant treatment.
• Oversee Bone Marrow Transplant clinical services and plan improvements.
• Manage all staff in Bone Marrow Transplant and ensure policy compliance.
