Enable Injections, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing to oversee daily operations onsite in Cincinnati.

The role requires leading hourly staff, ensuring clean room production aligns with FDA regulations, SOPs, and GMPs, while coordinating schedules and training on a high-speed manufacturing floor. Responsibilities include real-time paperwork review, SAP transactions, equipment monitoring, and process improvements to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Minimum five years of production experience in a manufacturing clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Real time review of daily production paperwork and SAP transactions; identify deviations and create CAPAs.
• Plan and maintain schedules; direct work, train, coach, and lead hourly employees to improve performance.
• Ensure production of medical devices complies with SOPs, GMPs and FDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily production documentation with attention to detail.
• Lead hiring, training and scheduling of manufacturing technicians; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor equipment performance and product scrap; escalate issues as needed.
• Manage raw material requisition and finished goods receipt in SAP; track scrap and labor.
• Identify and implement process improvements in the manufacturing area.
