Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• English reading and writing proficiency required.
• Minimum five (5) years of production experience in a manufacturing clean room environment.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing or pharma manufacturing preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in FDA regulated environment preferred.
• BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Real-time review of daily production paperwork.
• Complete daily SAP transactions and identify deviations.
• Plan and maintain production schedules; direct and coach staff to improve performance.
• Ensure production in compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and FDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily production documentation.
• Lead hiring, training, and scheduling of manufacturing technicians.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
• Monitor equipment performance and product scrap; escalate issues.
• Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory in SAP.
• Initiate SOP changes within controlled document system.
• Identify and champion manufacturing process improvements.
• Ensure proper attendance and punctuality; enforce company expectations.
• Coordinate timely communication between shifts and departments.
