Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Lead Assembler, Cleanroom III – Second Shift for our medical device manufacturing client in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will lead daily assembly line activities, set up production lines, and supervise and train team members while ensuring GDP, SOPs and safety standards are followed.

This role is hands-on and involves assembling and packaging medical devices, performing ERP transactions, and maintaining cleanroom conditions with strict documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly and/or packaging in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with medical devices and/or cleanroom manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lead an assembly line and train other team members.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable completing ERP transactions.
• Ability to read and follow Manufacturing Outlines (MOs) and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly line activities and oversee team members on assigned production lines.
• Set up production lines and maintain proper workflow during the shift.
• Perform hands-on assembly and packaging of medical devices and related components.
• Train and provide guidance to other assemblers within the work center.
• Maintain cleanroom and production area cleanliness; ensure GDP and SOP compliance.
• Complete ERP transactions and document manufacturing activities accurately.
