Job summary

Viant Medical is seeking an entry-level Assembler I for our manufacturing team in Upland, CA. You will perform secondary operations or assembly of finished devices with a focus on quality and on-time delivery while learning standard processes and cost controls.

You will follow GMP/SOPs, assist with setup, document work, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally within medical/pharma.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality system, GMP, SOP and safety policies.
• Meet all documentation requirements.
• Inspect components prior to assembly and ensure product quality.
• Set up work area and complete assembly tasks within time standards.
• Relieve for breaks and lunches; train other employees as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment.
