Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Operator IIICandidate in Liberty, SC to perform a wide variety of electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical assembly operations. You will set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines, follow written instructions, and maintain tools and documentation.

The role requires at least 4 years of related assembly experience in medical device or similar industries, with opportunities for training and growth within a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Assembles, repairs, inspects and tests products per written instructions.
• Sets up and operates a variety of machines per written instructions.
• Cleans tools and equipment according to documented procedures.
• Records information on approved documents.
• Disposes hazardous waste in designated areas.
• Resolves problems and makes routine recommendations.
• Trains other employees when necessary.
• Maintains certifications to remain in compliance.
• Plans and prioritizes non-routine tasks with approval.
