Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• CPC, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT, CCA, CCM certifications are required.
• Expert coding knowledge and experience with inpatient and outpatient coding.
• Ability to guide and develop a team of coding professionals.

Responsibilities

• Guide coding staff and communicate key decisions.
• Support inpatient and outpatient coding accuracy.
• Contribute to team development and customer service excellence.
• Resolve complex coding issues and promote standard methodologies.
