The role emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and delivering high-quality documentation to strengthen patient care and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• CPC, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT, CCA, CCM certifications are required.
• Expert coding knowledge and experience with inpatient and outpatient coding.
• Ability to guide and develop a team of coding professionals.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly)
• Day Shift
• No Weekend, Holiday or on call Commitment
