Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Technical Medical Assistant degree or diploma.
• 3-5 years of Medical Assistant or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: HEARTSAVER, AAMA CMA, BLS, AMT RMA, NCCT CMA, NHA CMA, and other listed credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Assistants and conduct in-service training.
• Schedule activities and manage staffing within budget.
• Assist with interviewing and Associate evaluations.
• Prepare exam/procedure rooms, collect specimens, and perform EKGs.
• Administer medications and vaccines under physician supervision.
• Provide patient education and assist patients during visits.
