Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant Lead for the Primary Care Padonia site.

The role supports physicians with direct patient care including phlebotomy, EKGs, specimen collection and wound care, while also coordinating pre-visit planning and population management. Ideal candidates will have an MA training certificate, CMA National Certification, and at least five years of experience in a medical office setting, with strong EMR skills and a commitment to quality

Qualifikationen

• HS or GED is required or a Certificate of training from a nationally recognized Medical Assistant Program.
• National Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Five years of experience including training and certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist physicians/providers in patient care in an office setting (phlebotomy, EKG, specimen collection, wound care, medication administration, vital signs).
• Maintain supplies, follow standing orders, and assist with pre-visit planning and population management.
• Lead inventory and ordering of medications, vaccines, and medical supplies; ensure proper storage and disposal of supplies.
