Southwest Care Center seeks a Lead Medical Assistant to support clinicians in providing patient-centered care. The role emphasizes efficient charting, room maintenance, and coordination of physician workflows.

You will help in specimen collection, injections, and routine duties under supervision to maintain high standards of infection control and safety. Ideal candidates hold CMAA certification, BLS, and have 1–3 years of MA experience, including some lead responsibilities.

Competenze

• Must have CMAA certification and BLS.
• Minimum 1 year MA experience; 3 years leading a team preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; accredited MA program preferred.

Mansioni

• Screen patients and record vitals per protocol.
• Perform phlebotomy and injections as trained.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain infection control.
• Chart accurately in the medical record.
• Assist nurses and providers as needed.
• Manage appointments and follow-ups.
