Responsibilities

• Meet weekly with Office Manager during precepting period.
• Manage patient complaints when Office Manager is not on site.
• Ensure the office is clean and organized.
• Lead training sessions and develop new workflows.
• Be the point of contact when Office Manager is unavailable.
• Auditing Quality Control logs and Vaccine Inventory (MA only).
