Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant program and/or MA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads huddles to supervise, assess and evaluate department workflow.
• Provides orientation and training for Medical Assistants and administrative staff.
• Assists with supervision of policies and data for safeguarding resources.
• Manages patient care flow and supervises CS-Link message pools.
• Assists with administrative and clinical support activities including facilities, billing, and payroll.
• Prepares patients for providers by reviewing current medications and recording in the medical record.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant educational program and/or Medical Assistant Certification
