Qualifications

• Experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Medical Assistant team guidance.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
• Coordinate daily clinical workflows to support providers.
• Room patients and collect vital signs and histories.
• Assist with X-rays and clinical procedures as trained.
• Prepare exam rooms and manage supplies.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and EMR documentation.
• Communicate with providers and management to improve workflow.
• Maintain a professional patient-focused environment across locations.
