• Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program preferred.
• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience under supervision within the last 3 years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members and business operations.
• Ensure day to day operations including inventory management and callbacks with ROM follow-up.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and approve orders.
• Assist on-site center with patient concerns and center operations.
• Provide weekly oversight of calibrator calls and drive KPIs with leadership.
• Conduct performance reviews and assist in training.
