Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus Center in Austin is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to supervise a clinic team and maintain smooth daily operations. You will delegate tasks, monitor performance, and coach staff while ensuring exceptional patient care.

This full-time role requires a Medical Assistant program or degree, MA certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Travel between clinics is required; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed Medical Assistant Program or Degree.
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (preferred).
• 1+ year of Medical Receptionist experience (preferred).
• Medical Assistant Certification or related experience.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MA workflow and supervise MA team.
• Delegate daily tasks to front desk coordinators and staff.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate weekly staffing with Clinical Manager.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy across clinics and travel between sites.
