Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Completed Medical Assistant Program or Degree.
• 1+ years of Medical Assistant Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow in assigned clinic(s) and support front desk coordination.
• Share responsibility by performing all duties of a Medical Assistant and delegating tasks.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Provide coaching and training to Medical Assistants and front desk staff.
• Maintain clinic schedules and staffing in coordination with Clinical Manager.
