Responsibilities

• Provides floor leadership to assigned clinic(s) and manages appointment & schedule, daily room oversight, staffing, and compliance to standards.
• Assists with direct patient care as a working Medical Assistant when needed and communicates effectively with families and coworkers.
• Monitors staff competency and scope of practice, escalates concerns to the clinical or operational manager as appropriate.
• Oversees onboarding and training of staff, including preceptor courses and service excellence expectations, and supports interdepartmental collaboration.
